Magnetic Stand

The DMScheck N on the magnetic stand: fourteen powerful permanent magnets stabilise the unit on magnetic materials.

In order to ensure that the DMScheck N is mounted securely during recording, we supply matching stands that enhance the variability of the system.

For particularly good stability on magnetic materials, such as iron plates or steel cylinders, we offer a stand with powerful permanent magnets.

Seven magnets are integrated in each roller. The roller surfaces are protected by silicone-free plastic.

That keeps delicate materials from getting scratched. The magnets are not, however, powerful enough for upside-down use.

Inclined stand

The DMScheck N in inclined position: pivoting the image plane creates virtually three-dimensional effects.

Inclined stand
The inclined stand makes it possible to pivot the image plane by up to 45 degrees. It can be used to achieve extraordinary effects during recording. The stand facilitates the inspection of painted surfaces, the detection of defects in surfaces coated with clear varnish, the assessment of rough spots on a surface and the accurate inspection of the edges of a finished stencil in the screen printing industry.

TDE-Stand

The DMScheck N in the TDE stand: working with transmitted and reflec-ted light. A big help for powerful magnifications and cross-sectional shots.

TDE-Stand
The TDE stand is ideally suited to very powerful magnifications, layer thickness measurements and cross-sectional shots. The precisely adjustable XYZ stage facilitates the exact adjustment of the object to be examined. The TDE stand is equipped with a transmitted-light source. An additional cold-light source is available for reflected-light shots.
